Sometimes labeling something helps you overcome. Other times a labels can limit your options. You feel that you have limited options in the first place. This is what makes you anxious.
We live in some interesting times. This period is truly more difficult for younger people when the government spends more than we have and we use more of the earth than she can take it’s as if we are not leaving anything for the next generation.
It’s time to find your grace. It is possible to flow through life with ease. All of your choices are going to be easier to make when you are less hard on yourself. Give yourself room to laugh at yourself and forgive yourself as a habit. This will help you more than a pill. Move your body as much as possible or start a fitness plan. The moving will create the healing you need in your mind. Yoga and meditation are huge pluses also. Follow your choices as if you have something to contribute to the world. Grace does not come from stress so ride yourself of it. Always keep your posture. Always keep your face and neck relaxed. When you go to sleep listen to your breathing and not your mind chatter. That takes practice.
If you want to believe in yourself find a way to help others. Have you ever wondered why the poor have so much food during the Holidays? It is a common practice to help others to feel better with yourself. This is for the big leagues but you can find your way that works best for you.
Never fear anything without taking action. It is impossible to fear when taking action against the problem. Take complete responsibility for where you are in life now. If you do not believe it find a way to see that this is true. Responsibility is the only way you can change anything. Other wise you happiness is in someone Else’s hands.
Stressful…. always in fear of having a panic attack. The good news is there are effective treatments such as exposure… look up Barlow. Find a clinical psychologist who specializes in interoceptive exposure.
This stuff works - plain and simple: I to take it before my flights and it is what helped me overcome my fear of flying. Take this at the onset of stress or if you know you are going into a stressful situation such as a plane ride in my case.
Order it now that way you have it when you need it because you will regret not having it later.
