Hi Sweetie, I suffer from the same thing. I can’t even go to church because I panic so much. God bless you for seeking bible verses to comfort you.
I just bought a used book off of Amazon.com called “The Client’s Guide to Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy” by Aldo Gucci and it seems to be really good so far. It helps a person start to rationalize their thinking and stop thinking fearful thoughts. It helps you calm down and reason with yourself, so that you can function better.
I know what a hard life this is. I will pray for you – can you pray for me too? Thank you and have a blessed day.
And the earth brought forth grass and herb yielding seed after its kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good. (Genesis 1:12)
He causeth the grass to grow for the cattle and herb for the service of man: that he may bring forth food out of the earth; And wine that maketh glad the heart of man and oil to make his face to shineth. (Psalm 104:14-15)
The Lord said unto me, “I will take my rest and I will consider in my dwelling place like a clear heat upon herbs, and like a cloud of dew in the heat of harvest. For afore the harvest, when the bud is perfect and the sour grape is ripening in the flower, he shall cut off the sprigs with pruning hooks and take away and cut down the branches. (Is. 18:4-5)
And I will raise up for them a plant of renown, and they shall be no more consumed with hunger in the land, neither bear the shame of the heathen any more. (Ezekiel 34:29)
There are 2 programs out there that are famous for treating Panic Attacks and Anxiety successfully.
They are: Panic Away and The Linden Method.
You may wonder, “Which one is better?” Don’t worry, you’re not the only one with that question.
The Panic Away program is more appropriate for people who can cope with their Panic Attacks or Anxiety well.
Linden Method is more for those who aren’t really good in coping their Panic Attacks or Anxiety well.

Philippians 4:6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. 8 Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy–meditate on these things.
Matthew 28:18 And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.
John 16:33 These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”
PLEASE get out your Bible and read Psalm 91. You need to read it over and over again. You should stop at each verse, and internalize it, and adopt it into your life, make it personal, such as “I dwell in the secret place of the Most High, therefore I abide under the Shadow of the Almighty.” Each and every verse is yours to claim. This Psalm is MOST POWERFUL. You need to memorize it !! This Psalm has brought me out of so many dark and devilish places. May God’s richest blessings be yours.
Matthew 11:28-30. St John 14:27. St John 14:18. St John 16:33. There are tons more! Just find them! Also, when you feel an attack coming on, focus on your breathing. Focus on breathing normal and think of Jesus. Think of how He loved the children. Think of how He healed the sick and afflicted. Think of what His face might look like smiling at you. Say a prayer and thank God for Jesus’s life. If you focus on your breathing and also think of the Savior, the attack will end immediately! I promise! Good luck!

Be Not Afraid
You shall cross the barren desert, but you shall not die of thirst. You shall wander far in safety though you do not know the way. You shall speak your words in foreign lands and all will understand. You shall see the face of God and live.
Be not afraid.
I go before you always;
Come follow me,
and I will give you rest.
If you pass through raging waters in the sea, you shall not drown. If you walk amid the burning flames, you shall not be harmed. If you stand before the pow’r of hell and death is at your side, know that I am with you through it all.
Be not afraid.
I go before you always;
Come follow me,
and I will give you rest.
Blessed are your poor, for the kingdom shall be theirs. Blest are you that weep and mourn, for one day you shall laugh. And if wicked men insult and hate you all because of me, blessed, blessed are you!
Be not afraid.
I go before you always;
Come follow me,
and I will give you rest.
