They are very addicting. I was taking .5 - 2 mg of xanax everyday for 2 months. After quiting I couldn't sleep for 2 days. That being said they work fast and well. I have them bad and my meds bring me down to rational within 30 minutes or less. Beware when you first take them!! Works within fifteen minutes but if taken under tongue can work in minutes. Let's just say it takes you from that state of being nervous and panicked to a feeling of peace. Yes, in my opinion when I don't take the Valium, it becomes an extreme panic attack. When I do take the Valium, the degree of severity is much less than without the Valium.
