from 8pm to 5am possibly to 6am like this morning tonight and tomorrow..Last night I had a little trouble staying up since i had to do a lot of lifting and it made me tired. I have insomnia so it wasn’t that bad. I was wondering if there was anything out there safe without caffeine that could help me stay up and not have a crash between those hours. I need to be awake cause i was half asleep while i was trying to work…I don’t want to do drugs, drink energy drinks, take energy pills or any of that sort. if any of you out there have any suggestions please let me know. I work it 4 hours….does anyone know about the stacker 3 XPLC extreme performance formula ? will those pills give me an anxiety attack? I don’t want to get an attack while working. any answers will be appreciated
thanks!!

you work at night, but durring the day, do you get enough sleep? if not that might be the root of your problems. to sleep better try taking melatonin 30min. before bed. it is a natural supplememt, something that your brain already makes to induce sleep, but by taking a few milligrams of it (start out with 2 milligrams, and work your way up from there) it will help you fall asleep.
if lack of sleep is not the issue, then try taking vitamin b.
You can get melatonin, as well a vitamin b at walmart, or your local drugstore.
Have you tried ginseng? It’s a root that contains a stimulant different from caffeine. You can find it in Asian food markets in beverage form, or possibly in health stores.
Try B-12 supplements.
