alright, so i started smoking weed this year and my first few times i felt nothing. i smoked properly, decent bowl, and average weed, but i felt nothing. well about 3 months ago i smoked again and in about 15 minutes later it kicked in, i felt tingly twitchy my mouth lost all saliva and i couldn’t swallow. i was freaking out and panicking for like 20 minutes till i started feeling chill. well i figured i smoked too much and smoked again a few times and nothing. well yesterday i took one or two decent hits and i had a horrible anxiety attack i just struggled to hide it. i mean i enjoy the chill feeling i get but i try to relax but i still get these panic attacks. what should i do?
i figured smoking alone before bed during the weekend with a drink maybe?
