The best way to keep anxiety at bay is deep breathing. Remember that your breathing becomes shallow and rapid while being anxious. Try deep breathing consciously. The another way to beat it is Physical exercise. It has been proved that the chemicals and harmons released during physical workouts help to keep anxiety at bay. Also if you keep a note of all the things you felt anxious about, you will see that most of them ended happily.
I know it is easier said then done but please do not feel worried enough to bring on an anxiety attack.
I was a sufferer myself so I know what I am talking.
