I had my first attack in November and it was a really bad one. After that I felt afraid to go any where that would remind me of the situation i was in. even today I’m battling it hard. It messes with your life beyond words. Sadly anxiety found me and so many other people in the world. Now It will be a battle to get rid of it. email me if you want to talk about it with someone going through anxiety too.

Start out by taking short drives and gradually work yourself up to longer drives.This is what I have to do after I have bad attacks.It sucks,I know the feeling all too well.I don’t know if there is any quick fix.Therapy can help alot.Try it.
try talking to someone or talk to a doctor about giving you a stronger medicine because why will something that can take over your body make you stop the things you liek to do!***fight it***I’ll help I’m here=]] you’ll get torugh this=]]I’m trying to get over something but it will always be there but not for long.

yeah i do.. sometimes its just best to sit alone with nothing going on and it seems to help me.. I am only 20 but i take on alot of stress..
My wife has these attacks and is trying her best to fight them.
Talk to you Doctor about them, see a therapist.
Wok on a lot of self talk and get out there and face your fears.
