		<description>It was very hard for my daughter to tell me that she was sad and stressed out. When you have &quot;good&quot; kids you just never imagine that they might be having problems. You can look ur parent in the eye and say CLEARLY &quot;I am sad and I know that I need to talk to someone, a professional&quot; don&#039;t take no for an answer. Or you can take the initiative and GO TALK TO YOUR SCHOOL COUNSELOR, they have to respect your privacy and might recommend a professional that you can talk to. Life is too short to spend it sad. Talking to some one outside the situation will relieve a lot of stress. It may not seem like it now, but you will have many friends and people to love and love you in your lifetime. Keep your head up.</description>

		<description>i think u r just depressed and stressed out an du have no one to express these feelings to. Mayeb u and ur dad shold have family counseling since it seems his lifestyle may be affecting teh family or just urs and his relationship or maybe u were just in a negative depressed mood and u strated thinking about that etc U should try and volunteer or find a job if u don&#039;t have one , just so that u don&#039;t have extra time on ur hands for negative thinking whether  u put them there or not. U sound stressed out and lonely as u wrote, try and get help if these feelings r getting into ur life and it seems it has by u not being able to get adequate. Hold off on getting into relationship like a b/f until u can sort ur depressive like feelings out maybe u should have a heart to heart with ur b/f , cuz it seems ur looking for dudes or even just attention from someone else=not good!  I hope u feel better soon! Smile, pray breathe, laugh, draw....and excercise:)</description>

		<description>Anxiety and depression are a similar issue.I myself have anxiety and it leads to sleep problems.Depression can cause anxiety and anxiety can cause depression lol.My best bet is to try and take it easy.By the looks of what you wrote it seems like a breakdown.Everyone has those.If it keeps getting worse try and see a doctor.Or try and force yourself to enjoy the life you got.Remember life is just to damn short.

		<description>don&#039;t give up and remember that all things must pass, if you get too emotionally concered with your situation it will get worse, try to realize that all people have many hills to climb and you are no different , it will get better if you can find a way to rationalize your thoughts and place a reason for them , only you can convince yourself about what concerns you and you have to find where you are  cut and what kind of bandaid you need to apply ,  the best of luck to you</description>
