Maybe you are getting "bus sick", as opposed to having car sickness.

well if you only get them on the school bus then that means you're getting motion sickness. try not taking the medicine for a couple days and see if it gets any better. if not then i don't know what to tell ya =

I suffered the same symptoms it's normal for us that are excessively anxious. I would suggest seeing a therapist and also read some books on this. you will be surprised how many others are feeling the same way but just don't show it as bad as us. I'm already going to be 40 and still feel anxiety attacks sometimes but I'm on medication and seeing a doctor. don't try and figure it out on your own it's not your fault it's a chemical in our brains.

I have anxiety and had similar feelings.
My first full blown attack was in a restaurant... no apparent trigger at all. When I get them I get nauseated sometimes and always get like a lump or feel like my throat is closing so I sort of gag.
I used to feel really sick up until around the end of my 1st period class and then I'd be okay. But every morning it would be a struggle to walk into school.
I've seen both a psychologist and psychiatrist and it's helped a lot. I carry Ativan as a "quick fix" med, but I haven't used one in a few months. Even so, every so often I'll get a rough week or something and there are activities I avoid that I have identified as "triggers". But a lot of times they just happen without an apparent trigger...
Trust me, talking to someone even your parents helps.
